Hi, I'm Aneeqah — and I do this work from the inside out.
I work with people who feel stuck, reactive, or disconnected from who they really are. Together we make sense of your triggers, settle your nervous system, and gently loosen the cycles you never chose — so you can show up as who you truly are.
My approach is warm, grounded and trauma-informed, drawing on psychology, somatic practice and heart-based healing — whether we work through coaching, counselling or Reiki.

Is this coaching or therapy?
Coaching and supportive counselling focus on the present and the way forward — building tools, awareness and resilience. It's not a replacement for clinical therapy or trauma treatment; if that's what's needed, I'll gently point you in the right direction.
What does it cost?
1:1 sessions are R700 per hour, in person in Grassy Park or online. The first 15-minute intro chat is free — a no-pressure space to see if we're a fit.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports calm, relaxation and nervous-system regulation. It's a complement to your wellbeing, not a medical treatment or cure.
Do you work online or in person?
Both. Sessions are available in person in Grassy Park, or online wherever you are in South Africa.
